Scoring with Buzz!

Of course the fun of Buzz Lightyear is the competition between family and friends during the ride. For us, we’ve fallen in the Level 3-4 range for the most part. It’s rare indeed when someone gets over 200,000 on a ride.

Until my sister found some prime targets.

She shared the secret with Mom and now they’ve started being shared with the rest of the Disney goers.

Look for the triangles. If you can’t find the triangles then look for the diamonds. And remember! Triangles are often hidden behind things that you move by hitting a lower level target.

The target that almost had me breaking the 300,000 barrier was the blue triangle in the Zurg room at the end. It’s under his left arm and that baby works!

Since our latest trip, I’ve gone around to look for other secrets and there are certainly more to be had. Here are some great sites for scoring big on Buzz Lightyear!!

This weekend!!

It's been a couple of months since I've been able to make a Disney trip and the whole fam damily is going down this weekend.

That would be: Mom, my brother Matt, his wife Deanna and their two kids Allie and Danny - and myself. We're meeting my friend Neva there.

Now, Neva and I are going to the House of Blues on Friday night to catch Rick Springfield... which should take me back to my days in grammar school, dancing in my friend's basement to his album whenever I slept over at her house (if it was my house, we danced to Duran Duran.) It will be a fun night and it was also be the first time I actually go see a concert at Anaheim's House of Blues.

The only other time I was there was when Anaheim's Downtown Disney was having it's opening weekend (or a preview) the same weekend I did the Cast Member Preview of California Adventure (my friend was the cast member) and we saw Dan Akroyd there. Like you do.

So, this weekend will be lots of fun. And probably exhausting, too. Disney trips usually are... but in a good way.
